1. Basics
We always try to send your records, CDs, T-shirts, etc. in good condition as soon as possible. That this is not always 100% fine, unfortunately, is in the nature of things, on the one hand, the offer is always in limited quantity, as things often abroad must be ordered (long delivery times), or many small labels for a long time with the sending or a plate simply was limited and sold out.
If, for any reason, problems with your merchandise ordered arise, then you should first reports by phone or in writing (mail, email) to us, in order to clarify!
2. Prices
All prices include German VAT.
3. No minimum order value.
There is no minimum order value. However, we calculate to orders under 10,-EUR Surcharge of 2,-EUR.
4. Delivery time
Under normal circumstances should your goods within 1-2 weeks for you. Sometimes it is faster, and sometimes it takes a little longer. If the merchandise is in stock, it is still on the same day out. For an exact date, we can not guarantee, however, as our partner to transport supplies over!
5. Delivery of goods to you
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been paid by you and delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and Bandworm Records e.K. will not be liable for their loss or destruction. If you receive a damaged parcel you must report and announce the damage immediately.
6. Costs of Returning Merchandise upon Recall
If the merchandise has been delivered within Germany, you must bear the costs of any return shipment if the delivered merchandise corresponds to the ordered merchandise and the price of the merchandise to be returned does not exceed EUR 40.00 or if, in the case of a higher price, you have not yet rendered the consideration at the time of the recall or have rendered a contractually stipulated instalment. If the merchandise has been delivered to other countries as Germany, you must bear the costs of any return shipment if the delivered merchandise corresponds to the ordered merchandise.
We don’t except returns of:
- opened foil or seal of CD-, LP-, DVD-boxes,
- used and washed clothes,
- specialized products for one customer,
- newspapers and magazines.
7. Postage and packing for International orders/ Non-Germany:
We have different quotes for shipping, it depends from your country. The quotes are between 7 to 30 EUR per parcel, additional costs for c.o.d. (depends on destination).
The countries in the near of Germany are cheaper than countries on the other side of the world. You will see your costs, when you check out your order.
All goods are sent insured up a limit set by DHL.
Payments
1. Upfront payment:
- send the money cash (well hidden in an envelope and registered mail)
- send us an international money order (I.M.O.)

For all you will get the address details with your ordering confirmation.
2. C.O.D./ Cash On Deliveries
You pay the basic quote for international orders (7,- to 25,-EUR), additional 5,-EUR or 12,-EUR for C.O.D. costs.
We cannot ship by C.O.D. to all countries. You will see if it is possible during check out. Some countries raised extra costs.
3. Paypal
Very easy internetpayment for creditcard owners, but with extra costs of 2%. If you are no member, go to www.paypal.com
